Also, this is a long, but informative, fairly objective video. If you have the time to watch it, it goes through the history of the last 8 years, the vote of the people of California vs. the four judges. I have to admit that I was somewhat surprised at the conservative sound of a usually liberal media, which makes me question even more -- if even a liberal media says "hey wait, they can't do that -- that was the vote of the people of California!" maybe we should question just what is going on here.
