How's your first week of the transition diet going? I'll be honest ... mine isn't going great. I've taken more liberty to eat what I want than I should, and with midterms and lots of homework as well as also getting sick, I haven't had much time or energy to exercise at all. But, what do we do when we fall? We get up again! The good news is that next week incorporates no junk food, so trying again is an option without having to completely start over.
